Ludo Gaming accepts payment by Direct Deposit, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard (processed through PayMate).

Prices are set at the time of purchase and are subject to change without any notice. We reserve the right to not honor typographical errors on prices.

Ludo Gaming's liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased from us. All of the products that we sell are to be used at your own risk and we are in no way liable for any loss, damage or injuries suffered from poor installation or use.

Once shipped, goods become the responsibility of the customer which then has consumer rights to the goods being delivered by the carrier.

Warranty:
All products carry a minimum manufacturer warranty of 1 month unless specified otherwise. If you have any difficulties with products purchased from Ludo Gaming, please email support@ludogaming.com.au and describe your product difficulty - please be sure to quote your invoice number.

All warranty is strictly return-to-base, return postage will be payable for goods to be sent back once repaired or replaced.

Compatibility:
We are unable to guarantee compatibility between components. It is up to the buyer to first research and confirm that a part will be compatible and suitable for their application prior to purchase.

Shortages:
Please inspect the contents of your shipment carefully upon your receipt of it. You have three (3) days after confirmed delivery to report any shortages in the shipment. We will not accept any responsibility, or offer any options after those three days have passed.
