The Team Xecuter RROD (Red Ring of Death) Fix is a quick fix that you can try if you have the 3 red flashing lights error on your Xbox 360.

This kit includes:

2 Torx screw drivers to open the metal casing of the Xbox 360
4 rubber heat pads

Please note that while this may work on some consoles, it is in no way 100% certain that it will fix your console permanantly, or at all. No refunds will be issued if it doesn't work. Only attempt if your console is out of warranty.

Installation instructions:

Disassemble your Xbox 360 and remove the motherboard. For instructions, please click here.
Remove the 4 squishy pads that are highlighted in the above image.
Remove the adheshive backing from each of the included pads and secure them to each of the 4 chips
Reassemble your Xbox 360
The console may still have the RROD when powered on - in this case, leave it running for 20 minutes, then turn it off and let it cool for 20 more minutes. After this, it should start back up without the RROD.
